When i share a schedule via icloud i get an error message, how do i fix this?

1. make sure you are using the same itunes account on both devices

2. is your ios the same on both devices and the same app version? 

3. make sure you have your icloud drive on. 

- under your device settings menu

- tap icloud drive

- scroll down to FTVS HD and make sure the tap is open to green
