Why is my event sound not working?

Check to make sure your mute button is not on (on your device) and your volume is turned to the highest setting. 

If this does not solve the issue, close out the app and restart your device. Make sure you have the latest version of the app from the Apple App Store. If you are still having issues, delete the app and reinstall via iCloud. You will not be charged again for the app.
